What you will be responsible for
- Guiding the team onhow to utilise Agile/Scrum practices and values
- Organize and lead/facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies with teams and Product Managers
- Assist the team in making appropriate commitments through story selection and task definition
- Helping teams implement changes effectively
- Ensure the sprint task board is kept uptodate
- Assessing the Scrum maturity of the team and coaching them to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that issustainable and comfortable
- Keeping the management appraised o the general status of work and, where appropriate, escalating issues to the appropriate manager in a timely manner
- Helping build aproductive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working onit
- Encourage team’s responsibility, transparency, and self-organization
- Providing all support to the team using aservant leadership style whenever possible, and leading by example
- If needed, ability to implementand support Kanban and act in a Queue manager role
- Proactively remove impediments
- Identify significant risks and unknowns, and define and drive resolution plans
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Agile software development environment (inarole ofScrum Master, Project Manager, etc)
- Excellent understanding of Scrum and Kanban framework and Agile principles
- Good understanding of SDLC and development pipelines
- Experience working and ability tomanage and multi-task across multiple teams
- Experience in coaching and training individuals and teams inAgile concepts and practices
- Deep knowledge ofand passion for Agile/Scrum and ability toapply it ina smart and practical way
- Demonstrated ability to help teams define clear deliverables and meet them
- Well-developed skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continuous improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
- Knowledge of JIRA/Confluence configuration and usage isrequired
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills and experience inside and outside of a team
- Can-do, result driven, and positive attitude, openness tolearning
- Advanced level of English
It would be great if you have
- Certification (CSM, PSM , CSP, etc.)
- Technical background
- Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration(CI),Continuous Delivery (CD),Continuous Testing, Automated Testing, Agile Games
